Cory's House of Pain Karate!  Just kidding, this class is Cory's chance to explore his teaching skills.  Topics in this donation based class vary from self defense to martial arts to meditation to whatever he feels like teaching that day!  It's a less formal, more exploratory class.  We have a good time in this one! 

Suggested donation $20 or two hours of housework/yard work, or skills trade.
